Non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian product provides 100 mg vitamin B6 and 500 mg pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) in each tablet. Features water-soluble B vitamins important for many physiological functions such as adrenal hormone production and energy metabolism*. Pantothenic acid is converted into coenzyme A, which is necessary for the body's production of energy*. Also provides 240 mg vitamin C, 75 mg magnesium, and 50 mg calcium per serving.
Recommended Use:

This is the best ever B5B6 combo out there. I've tried other brands but nothing compares to this one. I take it every morning and it gives me energy to get through my day. If I run out I can really feel a difference in my energy level. Great product.
